POWERLIFTING: STRENGTH TRAINING

Powerlifting refers to the practice of performing the foundational strength exercises—squat, bench press, and deadlift—for personal fitness and strength goals. It’s a form of resistance training that prioritizes building maximum strength in these key movements, contributing to overall muscular development, improved bone density, and enhanced functional strength.

Powerlifting classes cater to individuals who seek a focused and systematic approach to strength training, whether their goal is to compete in powerlifting or simply to enhance their overall strength and fitness levels. The structured nature of these classes, combined with expert coaching, helps participants unlock their full strength potential.
